Terms of Use

By downloading or using OnlyDraws you agree to these terms. They also incorporate Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), linked below. Where the two differ, the stricter term applies.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use OnlyDraws on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and the Standard EULA.

2. In-app purchase

OnlyDraws offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks the full game. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled solely by Apple; we cannot issue refunds. You can restore a previous purchase on a new device or after reinstalling via Settings › Restore Purchase.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or circumvent the app’s purchase or content-unlock mechanisms, or use the app in any unlawful way.

4. Your content

Drawings you create in OnlyDraws stay on your device. We claim no ownership of them and never receive them.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

OnlyDraws is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

7. Apple as third-party beneficiary

These terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you. To the extent applicable law lets Apple act, the maintenance, support, warranty, product-liability, and legal-compliance obligations described in the Standard EULA are ours, not Apple’s.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version always lives on this page.
