How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings › Restore Purchase in the app. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy OnlyDraws. Restoring is free and works on any device.

I paid but the game is still locked.

Try Restore Purchase first (above); it re-checks your unlock with Apple and fixes almost every case. If it still does not unlock, email us with your device model and iOS version and we will help. Because your purchase lives with Apple, not us, you can also confirm or get a refund for it at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I reset my progress?

Settings › Reset all data erases your scores, mastery, streaks, and achievements on that device. Your purchase (the OnlyDraws unlock) is not affected and can always be restored.

Does OnlyDraws work offline?

Yes. The whole game runs on your device, so no connection is needed to play. You only go online for the App Store purchase and restore.

What data does OnlyDraws collect?

None. Everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
