How do I restore my purchase?
Open the Store in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Restoring is free and works on any device.
Restore brings back OnlyCars Premium. It does not re-deliver Refresh Tokens, because token packs are consumable: they are credited to your balance the moment you buy them, and that balance is already saved on your account.
I bought Refresh Tokens without signing in. Where are they?
You can buy token packs as a guest, and the tokens are credited to the device you bought them on. When you later sign in, that guest balance merges into your account. If the tokens are missing after signing in, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
I paid but nothing arrived.
An interrupted purchase usually finishes by itself the next time you open the app. If it does not, tap Restore Purchases in the Store. If it still has not arrived, email us. Because Apple handles the payment, not us, you can also check or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
OnlyCars Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription billed by Apple. Manage it from the Store screen in the app, or in your Apple Account subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Why does Premium need an account when token packs do not?
Premium is account-based: it raises your garage size and gives you a daily refresh, which have to follow you across devices, so it needs somewhere to live. Refresh Tokens are a simple consumable, so you can buy them as a guest without registering.
What is a Refresh Token?
A Refresh Token instantly deals you a fresh deck of cars instead of waiting for the next one. Premium members also get a free refresh each day.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the Menu, tap Account, then Delete Account. It is also available under About › Privacy.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your sign-in account, garage, progression, profile, purchase records, and the push token for that device. It does not cancel an active subscription, because Apple bills that, not us. Cancel the subscription first if you no longer want to be charged.
Does OnlyCars work offline?
Not really. Car decks are built on our servers, so you need a connection to browse and to save cars to your garage.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What data does OnlyCars collect?
Only what the app needs to keep your garage: a random device ID, your garage and progression, purchase records, and (if you turn them on) a push token. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.
Is OnlyCars suitable for children?
OnlyCars is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, email us and we will remove it.
